The home of Pierre and Nancy Moitrier seems far from the bustle of nearby Bay Ridge Road and the string of businesses and malls lining it. Upon entering their neighborhood on a sultry day, it felt like the temperature dropped a few degrees. Driving beneath the canopy of shade trees puts one miles away from life’s hustle as the narrow roads sinuously curve through the woodlands.
